Sugar
2 weeks ago I decided to lessen my sugar intake, because I was eating a lot of it. Candy, pastries and even dough. I said to myself that it wouldn’t eat sugar for 3 weeks. As per usual, it didn’t last 3 weeks. I ate a lot of sugar today.
The past years, since 2003, I’ve been experiencing some strange feelings in my body, coming and going. Getting almost headaches, strain in the face, my throath aching and stuff. All happening at the same time. I can’t remember feeling it for the last 2 weeks, until today. So I concluded that these strange feelings must come from my sugar intake.
That does it. From now on I will not eat excess amounts of sugar. Eating candy and stuff is okay, but not in the quantities I used to eat them. They’re not good for my body, my body is telling me that, but I wasn’t sure about that until now!

Good thinking! Beware of the sugar shakes though, they are tough and merciless. Although I guess you’ve already met with them since you didn’t manage your first three weeks.
