First 30-day trials: Day fifteen
Getting up at 7 am, weekends between 7-9 am
Awoke at 8 am. Think I fell asleep around 1 am or so. 7 hours of quite good sleep. But I was tired all day nevertheless. The problem right now is that I don’t go to bed early enough! So I will be trying to change that the coming days. And use one of Maltes tips in the comment to Day fourteen about switchin off all electronics atleast 30 min before bedtime. The hard part is that I only have one room where I live and sleep, and it’s really bothering me. The same room is used to much activity.
Breakfast at 8 am, weekends 8-10 am, and lunch between 11 am - 1 pm,
Breakfast at 8.20. Lunch at 12.20 pm.
Reading and answering e-mails for a maximum of 30 min per day
Read and replied for 20 minutes.
And so ends the fifteenth day!

It’s… a… real… pain… right… now. But atleast this night I slept for 5 hours straight! And I had a feeling in the morning I recognize from when a tension has been released, so I’m hoping the insomnia problems are over, for this time atleast
